MOTOR SIZING:
Force calculation
F= WG
F=force (downward)
W= Weight of puppets + musical instruments(800gm)
G= gravity
F= 0.8*9.8
F= 7.84N
Torque calculation
T= F*r
T=torque
r= radius of the gear(2.76cm)
T= 7.84*2.76
T= 21.63 Kg-cm
Here the required torque is 21.63Kg-cm. We need dc motor (10rpm) at 12V.
