End User License Agreement (EULA)

Before downloading or using the program, please read this End User License Agreement (EULA).

Caution! Using ROOT access, this software automatically alters a wide variety of low-level system properties. By using this software, you agree to accept all risks associated with its use.

By downloading/using the program, you unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Please do not download or use the program if you do not agree with the terms of this EULA. If you are engaging into this EULA agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the ability to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you lack such authorization, you must not use the program and must not sign this EULA agreement.

This program is offered "as is," with no express or implied warranties. The author will not be held accountable for any damages resulting from the usage of this program. Unless otherwise specified on delivery, the conditions also apply to any MAGNETAR updates, supplements, internet-based services, and support services for the software. If so, those conditions apply. The author of MAGNETAR shall maintain ownership of the program as initially downloaded by you as well as all subsequent downloads of the software by you. The program (as well as any copyright and other intellectual property rights in the software, including any modifications made to it) is and will remain the property of MAGNETAR creator.

You may install MAGNETAR software on a device under your control. You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment fulfills the MAGNETAR software's minimal requirements.

You are not allowed to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the program for commercial gain.
  • Edit, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the entire or any portion of the program, nor allow the entire or any part of the software to be merged with or become integrated in any other software, nor seek to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software.
  • Allow any third party to utilize the program on their behalf or for their advantage.
  • Use the program in any way that violates any local, national, or international law.
  • Use the program for any purpose that the product's author considers a violation of this EULA agreement.
  • Make the claim that you created the original program. This software's origin must not be disguised.
  • This warning may not be removed or changed in any way.

THE LICENSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND GUARANTIES REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTIONAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE LICENSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SOFTWARE OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; OR (II) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION.

This EULA agreement is terminable and effective as of the day you first use the program and will continue until cancelled. You may end it at any time by giving the software creator written notice. It will also be terminated instantly if you violate any of the terms of this EULA agreement. The licenses granted by this EULA agreement shall immediately end upon such termination, and you undertake to cease all access to and use of the Software.

The Licensor maintains the right to alter or amend this agreement at any time in its sole discretion. If the adjustment is significant, we will offer at least 7 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined only by us.
