The sculk bone is an item dropped by shattered. It can be used to craft certain items.

Obtaining

Mob loot

Shattered drop 1–3 sculk bones when killed. Looting can increase this by one per level, for a maximum of 6 sculk bones.

Chest loot

Ancient temple basement and apex chests may, respectively, contain 2–7 and 2­–6 sculk bones, with weights of 25 and 40. Additionally, crystallized amber may contain a sculk bone, with a weight of 8.

Usage

Sculk bones can be used to craft soul elytra and sonorous staves.

Ingredients: Elytra; Sculk Bone; Soul Crystal; Soul Dust

Result: Soul Elytra

Ingredients: Sculk Bone; Soul Crystal; Heart of the Deep

Result: Sonorous Staff
