This page will walk you through how to understand and create your own custom fish.

Default Config

Lore : The text here will show on the fish item, useful for flavor text

Min Size: The minimum length the fish could appear as

Max Size: The maximum length the fish could appear as

ModelData: The value used for displaying custom icons for new fish. See the Custom Model Data page for more information

Area: Which area of biomes the fish is able to be caught in. Set to "ALL" if you want the fish to appear everywhere. See the Biome Areas page for more information

Extra Options

Along with the required options shown above, there are a few extra properties that may be added to fish.

1. Raining:True If this option is added into the config, that particular fish will only appear while the weather is not clear.
