Each level of this enhancement increases the accuracy of Quick Draw by +2, to a maximum bonus of +10 accuracy.
Random Deal Recast
Each level of this enhancement decreases the recast time of Random Deal by 40 seconds, to a minimum recast time of 16 minutes, 40 seconds.
Bust Duration
Each level of this enhancement decreases the duration of Bust effects by 10 seconds, to a minimum duration of 4 minutes, 10 seconds.

The chance of failure with only one ability waiting on recast is much higher than 50% with only one upgrade in this category. It seems to be at least 70%, so 3 upgrades in this category should reduce the failure chance to about 50%.
