Decompilers

• dnSpyEx - Continuation of archived dnSpy project, and best choice IMO.
• ILSpy - A decent tool but lacks some features of dnSpyEx.

Asset Ripping/Viewing

• AssetStudio - GUI application to view and extract assets.
• AssetRipper - Command-line asset ripper that can be automated.

Misc.

• ImHex - Hands-down the best hex viewing and editing application available. Gone are the days of crap like HxD.
