Meeting Objectives:

• Getting to know each other.
• Discussing initial ideas, going into possible feature lists.
• Discussing everyone's abilities and interests.

Meeting Outcomes:

• A few ideas were proposed, an exclusive student-only social media app, an advanced fitness app, and a utilities for university students.
• Everyone's skillset and interests were discussed.
• Possible PROs and CONs of the proposed ideas was discussed on a basic level.

Meeting Objectives:

• Further discuss project ideas, hopefully deciding on a project.
• Discuss possible feature lists.

Meeting Outcomes:

• An idea (the utility app) was decided on, and it was decided that its pros were more significant than the possible cons.
• For the utility app, the following features were proposed: Lunch Menus, Transportation Schedules, Campus Map, Events & Announcement, Study Resources, etc..

Meeting Objectives:

• Create a preliminary description.
• Discuss features in detail, putting some on hold and others approved.

Meeting Outcomes:

• Discussed each feature in details, so everyone had a good idea of each feature.
• We were able to come up with a finalized feature list, holding on some features that may be unrelated.
• Created a description, to be edited if features change.

• Discuss the preliminary requirements document that Rusen Ali & Alhassan drafted.

Meeting Outcomes:

• The descriptions of some features were edited, either removing unneccessary details or adding missing ones.
• The document is ready for the next stage, and we can apply it to the provided template whenever it is provided.

• Look at the presentation & requirements report that was previously done.

Meeting Outcomes:

• We looked at both the presentation & requirements report and made corresponding edits to make it more suitable to the task description.
• We discussed next steps:
  • Kürşat & Alhassan will be preparing the presentation recording & will present the prepared presentation.
  • We will start thinking about the next step -- Detailed Design Stage.
  • We will possibly have some sort of barebones database or application model.

• Discussed frontend-backend & scraper-backend integrations and updated the wiki for ease.
• Added API documentation for ease of use for frotend.

• Initiate work on requirements document, ask each member for their respective parts.
