Preparation of internal solutions

1. Mix all reagents*
2. Add water until final volume minus 10%
3. Adjust pH with concentrated solution first then 10 fold diluted
4. Measure osmolarity. If it's OK do not adjust final volume, if it's high, adjust water volume and measure osmolarity again
5. Filter the solution
6. Aliquot and store at -20 C

*Add EGTA to miliQ H20 first and creatine phosphate, ATP, and GTP at the end.
