Wash U undergrads must satisfy these 3 things to be in lab:

1. Bio2901/4950 (previously 200/500) requirements. Registration instructions can be found here. This can take around 1-1.5 months and needs to be complete before the first Friday of the semster.
2. MyClinicalExchange requirements including paying the subscription and the REDCAP survey. This takes about 1-1.5 weeks to complete.
3. Workday trainings. To initialize this process, fill out the compliance training questionnaire using the "Access Through Workday Learning" instructions. Upon completion, all required training will be assigned within a few hours. These only take a few hours to complete after being assigned.
