• Exendin4 - we typically buy 10mg
• Stablity: Exendin4 datasheet says it is stable in powder form for 1 year at -20C

Stock solution: Make 1mg/ml stock solution - Weigh out as close to 1mg as you can and dilute with PBS. It should go into solution easily. Aliquot this into 50uL aliquots (20 of them!)

Working solution for IP injections: Dilute stock solution 1:1000 in PBS for injection - 1μL goes into 999μL (basically 1mL) of PBS. Dose the animals 0.01mL per gram (for example a 22 g animal would receive 0.22 mL drug)

Final dose should be 1 μg/kg (NOT mg!!!) on the low end, and 10μg/kg on the high end.
