This module manages the users within the system

###Functionality

• New users can be created
• Users can be deleted
• User can be suspended
• Suspended accounts can be unlocked

###Fields

• ID
• First name(s)
• Surname
• User name
• Password
• User profile (one-to-many as a user may be both a parent and a teacher)
• Access profile (defines the functionality to be made available to the user)
• Email address
• Phone number
