Allows grades to be recorded for students in the system.

###Functionality

Admin can define one or more grading systems one of which is assigned to a course
Each student can be given an overall grade per course or it can be calculated automatically from assignments
Individual assignments can be set within a course which are graded on course criteria
These assignments are used to calculate the overall grade
Students can optionally be excused from certain assignments, which will not count against their overall grade.
