AMO Compiler User Guide

AMO Compiler is a tool for creating mod packages (.AMOLAUNCHER files) that can be installed and managed by AMO Launcher.

Creating a Mod Package

  1. Prepare your mod files in a dedicated folder. Note you must still organize your mods in the correct file structure. This does not apply to F1 Manager mods
  2. Launch AMO Compiler
  3. Enter mod information: • Mod Name • Description • Version • Author • Game • Category
  4. Add an icon (optional): • Click "Browse" next to the icon preview • Select a PNG image (48×48 pixels only)
  5. Select mod files: • Click "Browse" next to the mod files path • Navigate to and select the folder containing your mod files
  6. Package your mod: • Click the "Package" button • Wait for the packaging process to complete • A success message will appear when finished
  7. Access your packaged mod: • Open the Exports Folder to see your packaged mod • The mod file will have a .AMOLAUNCHER extension

Working with Packaged Mods

• Drag and drop a .AMOLAUNCHER file onto the AMO Launcher window to install it • Or you can place the file in the AMO Launcher mod folder manually

Troubleshooting

• If packaging fails, check the error message displayed in the status area • Ensure all required fields are filled in • Verify that your icon is a valid PNG image • Make sure your mod files folder contains the necessary files
