Added crossfire protocol selection (v2/v2+v3)

Now you can select which crossfire protocol you wanna have. V2 or auto-negotiated V2+V3. Parameter can be changed on OSD, FC Config, Receiver page. Default is V2 (before was v2+v3). For long range/rth V2 is strongly recommended. For freestyle/race - use whatever feels better for you.

FYI

v2 protocol (crossfire classic) uses 400kbit serial and sends all channel data in one package. v2+v3 protocol (crossfire new) can auto-negotiate baudrate between 1mbit/2mbit and sends packets a bit different, with priority on stick channels.
