Notes on GitHub search and code view:

• Search inside build directory doesn't work
• Can't expand file text horizontally to take advantage of the entire monitor width
• Can't easily view the entire file in a Pull Request
• Can't easily view the list of files changed in a Pull Request and switch between them

• No hyperlinks in code view
