ScriptHookV

ScriptHookV is a popular tool used for developing scripts for the game Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V). It is free alternative to other similar tools available in the market.

Download

To obtain ScriptHookV, you can download it from the official website here. It was developed by Alexander Blade.

Note: Download the 'Download' version, we don't need the 'Developer' version.

Install

1. Open the .zip file and navigate to the bin folder. Copy the following three files:

• dinput8.dll
• NativeTrainer.asi
• ScriptHookV.dll

2. Locate your Grand Theft Auto V folder.. Unless you've made a custom install location you can find your Grand Theft Auto V folder:

   Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
   Epic Games: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV

   For others, look up your default install location on Google.

3. Paste your copied files to the Grand Theft Auto V Folder.

Test

To ensure that the installation was successful, start GTA V and enter Story Mode.

Once the game has loaded, hit the F4 key to bring up the NativeTrainer. If the Menu appears the installation was successful.
