Iteration 4 plans

Goals

For the fourth iteration of ku-polls, the goal of the iteration aims to improve and polish the application in order to get it into a ready to launch state.

Milestones

1. A release candidate for ku-polls is created on github for peer review
2. All features are finalized and a version 1.0.0 release is created in the repository

Features

1. All polls which are published can be accessed in the index page
2. Users can removed their vote for a choice so long as the poll is currently accepting votes (is not closed)

Acceptance criteria

1. Code is cleaned up to PEP-8 standards
2. All automated workflows pass
3. A version 1.0.0 release is created and published in github
