Used to build vessels in colonies.
To build a vessel enter the editor and launch from a launchpad in a colony. A vessel that gets built must contain no crew and all resources are removed upon launch. Funds are refunded after the launch. Because all resources are removed anyway you might remove them before the launch to make the craft lighter and get under the launchpad weight limit.

Does not have any additional parameters. Currently not upgradeable, any nodes above the level 0 node will be ignored. Requires a KK launchpad in the basegroup. A universal spawnpoint might be used for statics that have no spawnpoint.
