Blacksmith Fury is a videogame in which we controll Smith, a blacksmith whose worst enemy is The Puppeteer, who created evil puppets in order to rule the Kingdom. Smith, using awesome weapons and items that he created, pretends to defeat the toy maker and save all the people from the evil creatures.
- Simple but fun: Our point is to make a simple game, not a rule-breaker, but it must to be fun to play. We decided to concentrate our effort in that.
- Fancy: We want to keep it elegant, with no bugs, with no problems, and very well thought, that every enemy, every element, every prop, everything, is in the right place.
- Dynamism: We designed the game thinking in made it quick, but challenging. The levels are dynamic, all of them are related and you can explore all the levels, or not.
- 2D Characters and 3D scenaries.
- Medieval environment.
- Run, jump, get powerups, destroy props, kill enemies and save the kingdom!
2.5D Platform-Adventure, Metroidvania
There was a toy maker who sold wood-maded toys to the children of a kingdom. One day, a blacksmith came to the kingdom and asked the toys maker to work together in iron-maded toys, but the toy maker rejected his offer. Then, the blacksmith decided to make the iron-maded toys by himself. The children were pleased with the new toys, and they forgot the wood-maded toys. The toy maker was so angry, and decided to get revenge. He created thousands of evil toys with dark powers who could rust the iron. The toy maker proclaimed himself the king of the Kingdom of the Toys. Now, you're the blacksmith, and you have to defend the kingdom from the toy maker and his evil toys.
Cartoon, 3D levels and 2D Characters
Narrative: Know the story and the lore of the game.
Fantasy: A game with an imaginary world that can be more interesting than the real world.
Challenge: The fun of beat a difficult challenge.
Progress: The possibility of know new skills.
Cause Pain: Destroy, damage or kill are ways to show domination or superiority.
- The player has to finish the levels killing the enemies, overcoming the hazards and platforms.
- The player has to finish the levels without running out of life points.
- An enemy hit takes away some player's life points.
- If the player runs out of life points, it dies. Game Over.
- If the player dies, it has to start again from the last checkpoint.
- If the player kills the final boss, the toy maker, wins and the game is over.
- The player doesn't know the number of enemies that are in the level, but it has to kill them in order to finish the level. The player must kill the final boss, the toy maker.
- The player doesn't know the number of hazards and platforms of the level, but it has to overcome all of them to finish the levels.
- Some enemies have keys that the player needs to finish the levels. Without these keys, the player can't finish the game.
- If a hazard touches the player, the player dies.
- If the player falls into a hole, dies.

The Measure of the game elements are meters (1:1). It will take 25 minutes (aprox) long to go through all the level we have. There will be some checkpoint rooms where the game is automatically saved.
