SparkFun sells a breakout board with a microSD socket which is called the !Breakout Board for microSD Transflash

Connecting it Up

UDB	uSD
	CD
DI1	DO
GND	GND
CK1	SCK
3.3	VCC
DO1	DI
SS1	CS

You will also need a microSD card in the socket before your MatrixPilot board can read or write filesytem data.
