In the Pro Version, you can instantly open a scene with a SceneLayerController on the Scene Layer Editor.

Steps

Right-click on an empty space in the Scene Layer Editor and click Open Entry Scene.

This will open a scene with an associated SceneLayerController.
If it has not been created, a scene with the above settings will be generated.

Note

If you have a scene with the above settings but still cannot open it
Check to see if there are any omissions in the registration to EditorBuildSettings.
