The Product Vision Board captures our idea at a glance. It describes our product idea, the target group, the needs the product should address, the key product features, and the business goals the product should create for our company. Furthermore, it combines our vision with the before mentioned key elements.

For our first idea, the product vision board helped us a lot to overthink our idea. With the board, we could share our thoughts within the team.

Our Vision describes the overarching goal that we want to achieve.

The Target Group describes the main target segment we want to address. Moreover, the users (our personas) who most likely benefit from our product are mentioned as well. We chose to focus on one clear-cut target group to match the needs ideally to our product features.

The Needs describes our product’s primary benefits it offers. We identified three key benefits that we prioritized in the below-seen board.

The Product summarises the three features of our product that make it stand out and are our unique selling proposition.

Our Business Goals explain why it’s beneficial for our company to offer the new product. It states the business benefits we want to achieve by selling it.
