After the evaluation of iteration 1, we identified several issues concerning KIM which is why we had to adapt our lean canvas for our second iteration as well.

To solve our recognized issues (increase usability and unclear benefits) we thought about adding features to KIM. In detail, this means that KIM can not only make coffee but all kinds of drinks, thus having an all-in-one vending machine.

To proof of our second PoC is understandable we (again) go through each step, telling the story to ourselves:

We will help four and more person households to solve stressful situations regarding the preparation of drinks, waste of kitchen space and different habits and moods by providing them KIM - an all-in-one vending machine. They will know about us through Social Media, Smart Home Magazines and due to our cooperation with supermarkets and wholesalers. They will be convinced to join us because we make their whole days more easy and comfortable because we already have the knowledge of this particular IoT technology. We will charge them by bought machines and we believe this will cover our development and general business costs. We will measure our performance by tracking how many machines will be sold and how many users actively use KIM.
