A Lean Canvas serves as a Business Plan Template for validating our business idea. In doing so, we want to identify the riskiest assumptions and are able to test them afterward.

For our first iteration, we focused on KIM providing coffee for our users by speech recognition.

To proof of our PoC is understandable we go through each step, telling the story to ourselves:

We will help four and more person household to solve having less stressful mornings due to coffee/cacao preparation by providing them KIM. They will know about us through Social Media and Smart Home Magazines and they will be convinced to join us because we make their mornings more comfortable and easy and because we already have the knowledge in this particular IoT technology. We will charge them by bought machines and we believe this will cover our development and general business costs. We will measure our performance by tracking how many machines will be sold and how many users actively use KIM. 

In the first iteration, it made sense to us so we continued with our further steps.
