• Average number of uses per user in one day: 3
• Average number of rules per household: 8
• NPS to make everyday life easier: 40

Result: Hypothesis 1: Confirmed because the subjects gave a high NPS, KIM was used frequently and regularly. In addition, the IoT platform was used regularly. Hypothesis 2: Partially confirmed, because NPS was high, but the target was slightly missed.

Conclusion: Relief in everyday life must be further improved.

Product adaptation: IoT platform must be further expanded and simplified. Additional functions must be added, such as the reference to maintenance and refilling. Cooperation with supermarkets for automatic reordering will be integrated.
