The visualizer's title and sjpd's start line show the version running: the release, or for a checkout between releases what git describe says (1.16.0-1-gbadc397: one commit after 1.16.0).

Ansible: set sjp_version; the role restarts services and reconfigures if sjp_reconfigure_slurm is true.

Compatible across versions: sjp.place() return values, AdminComment marks; removed settings are ignored, renamed ones still accepted (with a warning). sjpd restores raised QOS caps when it stops.
