What is the difference between BRDCF and BRDCY?

Both are traded OTC. BRDCF is "Foreign issues, except ADRs". BRDCY is "ADR (American Depository Receipts)".

In general, A fifth letter in an OTC ticker means the issue is something other than an issue of common or capital stock. Different characters represent different types of securities. For a complete list, see http://otce.finra.org/Directories/FifthCharacterIdentifiers .
