Empty Event Creation - KSU-CS-Software-Engineering/HSPC GitHub Wiki

We were notified from one of the Software Testing Teams that a bug was found when creating Events. An event may be created with no form values.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as an Admin.
2. Select Events.
3. Click Schedule Event.
4. Click on Register Event.
