We were notified from one of the Software Testing Teams that after uploading a scorecard as an administrator, no score was visible on the scoreboard.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the Admin Portal.
2. Access Resources.
3. Select Publish Scorecards.
4. Navigate to the Admin Portal > Scoreboard > View Board.
