The Buzzard is a straight-winged aircraft with a tricycle undercarriage, powered by two Derwent V engines slung under the wings. Designed by NathanKell, it has the distinction of being the first vehicle flown by the GoForLaunch program.

Peter "tets" Santos-Dumont flew the Buzzard for an attack on the altitude record, achieving a height of just over 20km (12.4mi; 65,600ft) in a flight lasting 19½ minutes.
