The import folder of DASHER allows you to import data by simply copying data into this folder. You can import one or multiple datasets at a time. This test will explore this option by importing two datasets at once.
- Copy the data provided in the folder
[user_test_data_dir]/importViaObservedFolderinto the import folder. [Use the instructions provided here](Guide%20Importing Data into DASHER#the-observed-import-folder). - Observe the import progress by following these instructions.
- Navigate to the subjects DECT_Phantom_Test and have a look at the session pages as described here.
- Repeat the previous point for subject NH1074.
During the import the prearchive should show the following:
In the prearchive you can already see where the data will end up in the non-anonymised XNAT after the data was successfully received. For instance the first dataset will appear in the project LHC as subject DECT_Phantom_Test with a session zzzDECTPhantom.
After a few minutes all the data will appear in the hospital project. You should see on the homepage of the non-anonymised XNAT under Recent Data Activity that the zzzDECTPhantom and HN1074 has appeared.
