This test demonstrates DASHER's behaviour if a single RTStruct file is imported without the associated image and how to handle such a case. Single RTStruct files do not fulfill the requirements for importing data as described here.
- Import the folder
[user_test_data_dir]/importLungData/Planning benchmark/RTstructcontaining only an RT structure set file without the linked CT either via the observed import folder or via a DICOM push into DASHER. - Monitor the import progress in the prearchive. You will notice that no file reaches the prearchive since an RTSRUCT without the linked scan does not fulfill the requirements.
- Check the import log file of the non-anonymised XNAT as described here and note the ERROR at the bottom of the file that was raised due to the missing linked images.
- Now import the complete dataset including CT, plan, dose and structure set, i.e. the whole folder
[user_test_data_dir]/importLungData/Planning benchmark. - Again, observe the import progress in the prearchive. This time the dataset should be imported without any conflicts.
- After the dataset was archived into the hospital project navigate to the homepage of the non-anonymised XNAT and take a look at the data contained within newly imported the session CtE_Lung_P for subject CtE_Lung_P_Planning_Exercise.
