🎭 Master of Mayhem. When Blitzø casts an illusion spell (like mirror image or major image), he can teleport up to 30 feet as part of the casting. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
💥 Explosive Entrance. Once per short rest, Blitzø can teleport into an unoccupied space within 120 ft., creating a blast of chaotic energy. Each creature within 10 feet must succeed a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d8 force damage and be knocked prone.
🧠 Infernal Focus. Blitzø has advantage on saving throws to maintain concentration on spells and illusions.
Multiattack. Blitzø makes two attacks with his Infernal Lance or a ranged weapon, and can cast a cantrip.
Infernal Lance (Melee Weapon Attack): +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d10 + 6) piercing damage + 9 (2d8) psychic damage. On a critical hit, the target must succeed a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Pistol Shot (Ranged Weapon Attack): +8 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Blitzø casts spells without material components, using the chaos around him as flavor.
- At will: mirror image, disguise self, minor illusion, prestidigitation
- 3/day: major image, suggestion, misty step
- 1/day: mislead, modify memory, dimension door
Slippery Bastard. When targeted by an attack he can see, Blitzø can impose disadvantage as he momentarily vanishes in a puff of smoke or distraction (once per round).
Blitzø can take 1 legendary action per round, at the end of another creature’s turn:
- Flashstep. Teleport up to 30 feet and make one melee attack.
- Verbal Abuse (Costs 2). Deliver an insult so cutting it rattles reality. One creature that can hear Blitzø within 60 feet must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on all attacks until the end of its next turn.

📚 Grimoire Reliant. Stolas requires his Book of Stars to cast any non-cantrip spell. If the book is taken or suppressed (e.g., antimagic), he cannot cast leveled spells. If destroyed, it reforms in his possession after a long rest.
🌌 Astral Awareness. Stolas can see into the Ethereal and Astral planes simultaneously and has truesight 60 ft.
🦉 Flyby. Stolas does not provoke opportunity attacks when flying out of a creature’s reach.
🔁 Planar Recall. Once per long rest, Stolas can automatically succeed on a saving throw against any teleportation, banishment, or forceful planar travel effect.

📖 Grimoire Blast (Ranged Spell Attack): +9 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (4d6) force damage + 7 (2d6) psychic damage. On a hit, the target must succeed a DC 15 Int saving throw or have disadvantage on concentration checks for 1 minute.
🌀 Dimensional Spiral (Recharge 5–6): Stolas unfurls a page from his grimoire, warping space. Each creature of his choice within 30 feet must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become banished to a mirror plane for 1 round. At the start of their next turn, they return and take 5d10 psychic damage as their minds realign.
📜 Hellbound Law. When a creature casts Counterspell or Dispel Magic, Stolas can force a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, the spell fizzles and is wasted — he rebinds it to infernal law.
Noble Presence. All allies within 60 ft. of Stolas gain +1 to all saving throws, and can reroll a failed saving throw once per short rest while he is conscious.
