Ubisoft Connect client not being detected
Reinstall Ubisoft Connect client to fix the issue.
Uninstalled games not importing properly
Ubisoft Connect client has to be started at least once (and user must be logged in) for Playnite to import all games properly. Ubisoft Connect doesn't have to be running for import to work, only initial authentication in Ubisoft Connect is important.
If you are still having issues then try deleting c:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\configuration\configurations
file, restarting Uplay and then try import in Playnite again.
Uninstalled games not importing properly #2
If you used Chocolatey or Scoop to install Ubisoft Connect, you may end up with missing registry keys that Ubisoft installer normally generates and Ubisoft integration uses to properly detect launcher's install location. Solution is to use standard Ubisoft Connect installer and not these alternative installation methods.
Newly bought games not being imported
Ubisoft Connect has to be started at least once after new game is added to your account for Playnite to properly recognize it.
Games not imported
Games that were bought from a different store (like Steam), but require Ubisoft Connect to launch, won't be imported. It's done that way because launching those from Ubisfot Connect still requires that original launcher (Steam for example) to be installed and it would create unnecessary duplicates. Only Ubisoft games bought on Ubisoft store or those that don't require 3rd party launcher to start, will be imported.
Games not being tracked properly
Known issue with some games, for example R6 Siege has very weird startup procedure and Ubisoft plugin may not track it properly. Solution is to make custom play action with folder tracking set to a folder where game exe is located and initial tracking delay set to some higher value, 30 000 ms or so, depending on how fast the game starts on your system.
