Home - JohnnyFoulds/firstrepo GitHub Wiki

This Wiki page was just used to see how the wiki functionality works.

I was very happy to see that I can use the Markdown language and that it is also a git repository I can clone and work on locally with https://github.com/JohnnyFoulds/firstrepo.wiki.git

Images

I also really want to use images in these wiki pages, for example screen recordings such as the following recorded with ScreenToGif. To do that I simply clone the wiki repo locally and the add the images and push it back to GitHub.

As a side note, ScreenToGif is an Open Source project also hosted on GitHub: https://github.com/NickeManarin/ScreenToGif/

Diagrams

Instead of using a paid for product like Microsoft Visio using Lucidchart seems like a very good option. The site even have some UML tutorials on it such as this one: https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/uml-activity-diagram

GitHub Marketplace

Have a quick look at https://github.com/marketplace/zenhub and how I can use it as a Agile Project Management tool.
