Web developers looking for data on the 2014 Ebola outbreak in West Africa may consider this short list.

For further data, http://eboladata.org is good for multiple types of data. For information coming from the humanitarian community, the HDX Repository is developing into the premiere site.

Outbreak timeseries

The best datasets for timeseries are:

• Caitlin Rivers' ebola repo (CSV)
• Sub-national time series data on Ebola cases and deaths in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Senegal and Mali since March 2014 (Excell spreadsheet). The New York Times uses this for their visualization.
