Build & Install Server

(this page not at all complete or in order)

API:

• Install nodejs
• do an npm install in the api folder.

Test:

• Must have nodejs installed.
• do a bower install in the test folder.
• Karma config for the test/UI tests
• Run Nodeunit against the test/api folder
