Modify the materials in Blender
As the model will be read-only in Godot, the only way to modify the model materials is before exporting the model from Blender.
Verify if the Layout tab is selected, and for each mesh in the tree on the right, select the material, then select the Material Properties on the bottom right view. Then set the Metallic property to 0.
