🏋️ Workout Studio & Media Hub

FitTrack AI integrates entertainment and outdoor environmental intelligence directly into your training workflow.

🎥 In-App YouTube Workout Studio

Explore video workouts across five core disciplines:

  • Strength Training: Bench press, squats, deadlifts, and hypertrophy splits.
  • Cardio: HIIT routines, indoor running sessions, and fat-burning intervals.
  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Tabata intervals and heart-rate conditioning.
  • Yoga & Flexibility: Vinyasa flows, morning stretches, and mobility drills.
  • Core & Posture: Abdominal circuits and lower-back stabilization.

Embedded Video Player & Authenticated Proxy

Powered by RapidAPI's YouTube integration, users can search workout videos and stream them directly inside an in-app modal player without leaving the application:

  • Backend Proxy (/api/youtube/search): All video queries are routed through a protected Express proxy to shield RapidAPI credentials from client-side exposure.
  • Security & Protection: Endpoint is protected with JWT Bearer authentication and IP rate-limiting (30 req/min) to safeguard external API quotas.

🎶 High-Energy Punjabi Gym Playlists

To maximize workout intensity, FitTrack AI features a dedicated, curated Punjabi gym pump station:

  • Artists: Diljit Dosanjh, AP Dhillon, Sidhu Moosewala, Karan Aujla, Shubh.
  • Categorization by Workout Phase:
    • Hype & PR Pump (High BPM, 130–150 BPM) — Heavy compound lifting.
    • Conditioning & Rhythm (Medium-High BPM) — Steady-state cardio and circuits.
    • Warm-Up & Mobility (Moderate BPM) — Dynamic stretching and activation.
    • Cool-Down (Low BPM) — Post-workout recovery and heart-rate deceleration.

🌤️ Live Weather & Air Quality Index (Open-Meteo)

Before heading out for a run, bike ride, or outdoor sports session, check the integrated Weather page:

  • Real-Time Temperature & Conditions: Current temp, humidity, and wind speed.
  • Air Quality Index (AQI): Evaluates PM2.5, PM10, and ozone concentrations to recommend whether outdoor cardio is safe or if indoor treadmill/gym sessions are advised.
  • Zero API Key Needed: Leverages Open-Meteo's open-access meteorological endpoints directly from the client.
