Difficulty goes from 0 (casual) to 4 (brutal)
The damage taken multiplier is: (1.+(2^(DIFFICULTY*.7)+DIFFICULTY*3)*0.1)-0.4
Damage done multiplier is: 0.9^DIFFICULTY
This means the following:

| Casual | 70% | 100% |
| Normal | 106% | 90% |
| Hard | 146% | 81% |
| Very Hard | 193% | 72.9% |
| Brutal | 250% | 65.61% |
