How do I get Aura Mastery up in game?

Type /am into your chat box. Ensure that there is not space before the '/'.

My data isn't saving if I disconnect, why?

At the moment the API is having issues with loading and saving addon data. A good idea is to save your data then /reloadui by typing it into the chat box. Ensure that you press save before you reload!

If that fails, ensure that you have updated to the latest version. Be aware that we are aware of this issue and are working hard to fix it.

I don't understand what the Behaviours mean in the Triggers Tab.

A behaviour in Aura Mastery is a way for the addon to tell the Trigger you have setup how to behave. Translating it out of Aura Mastery speak, imagine the Trigger as a robot without programming but can hear. If you want the robot to jump up and down when it hears loud noises, then you would set the behaviour to Pass. If you want the robot to shut down if he hears loud noises, then you would set the behaviour to fail. If you don't want the robot to jump up and down at all, but instead to let you know that noises are either playing or not, then you would set the behaviour to Ignore.

Back to Aura Mastery Speak. If you want your Aura to work when your Trigger happens, for example appearing on a crit, you would set it to Pass. If you want your Aura to stay hidden if it is on cooldown, then you would set fail. If you want a timer on your Aura you would set it to Ignore. Using these combinations of behaviours, you can setup multiple Triggers that work together to do everything you want.

I can't move my Aura, why?

On the left hand side of the Aura Mastery ingame HUD, you will see your Aura with a Padlock next to it. Click the Padlock to unlock your Aura, so you can now move and scale it as you wish. To lock it again, just click the Padlock once more. Remember; you can scale your Aura in the General Tab.

I can't see my Aura.

After creating an Aura, it will appear in the centre of your screen. If you cannot see it right away, try and clear the clutter from the centre of your screen.

If you have already created and saved triggers for your Aura, remember that it will behave as you have told it to. Perhaps it isn't there because you haven't triggered it yet. Try and attack something, or heal something, and see if it appears. If it still does not, please drop us a line so we are aware.

How do I preview my Aura out of combat?

Having an easy to use preview mode is on our To-do list. For now, you can change the Shown dropbox to Always, then save. You can find this dropbox in the General Tab. Remember to change it back after you're done!
