Open this manager by right-clicking a nation in the main window and choosing Caliber Manager.
Choose one radio button for each gun caliber you want to change. Quality runs from -3 through +2; higher numbers represent better quality. Unavailable disables that caliber, while choosing a numeric quality makes it available.
The Current column shows the original saved value for comparison. Scroll to reach additional calibers. Missing or invalid fields remain disabled.
Choose Reset changes to restore the original selections, or Apply to stage the chosen qualities. Finish with Save or Save As.
