Development process for Prospector Station.

As is currently, a system has been put in place to ensure the Wednesday update always goes on in time.

In order, all developers may commit their pushes any day, but they will only be pulled on Thursdays to Tuesdays. Always make sure your additions are adequately tested, so we run in no foreseeable trouble.

If your attempted pull-request is not up to code with Travis, it will be discarded within a day's notice. We hope you'll have fixed it by then. If it is discarded, you may always submit it again.
