Context
- After some testing yesterday, we decided to move forward by adding scales to Grid E using the updated kinematics. These kinematics are basically the (bias=0.2, Barth Stars) + (replace three strange bins with subset of Barth Stars) + (only mask the central GMOS bin rather than the inner 5 now).
- Results/Takeaways:
- The results are looking decent so far! We added scalings for (0.985, 0.99, 0.995, 1.005, 1.01, 1.015) for the ~1000 models in Grid E, mapping into +/-3% in the mass parameters.
- Grid E's points I think are the real limiting factor at this stage. This grid was generated based off of Grid D, and the models at the time seemed to favor higher T. Scaling can't seem to overcome this "tilt" in the T panels, so I think we'll just have to add models and scalings from Grid D to complete things here.
- I tried running GPR and dynesty on both the set of all models + the "best scalings" alone, and the results are messy but in rough agreement with one another. Again, I think we're limited here by the coverage in T being so high/away from the T=0.89 minimum or so.

- I've also fed these points into GPR + dynesty as a quick check of how things look. For the all models case, I only ran up to K = 40, 60 for the All Model case since things weren't moving around too much and it began to take awhile to finish.
