Context
- These are just a few plots where I plot a few different cornerplots with different thresholds for the "1 sigma" contours (i.e., drawing contours at something wider than the true 1 sigma in 2D).
- This has the intended effect of filling in the "1 sigma" region, but I think that, especially with the updated color scheme, the cornerplots don't look that awful. I personally would feel more comfortable just sticking with our usual 1-2-3 sigma contours and explain in the text that Tmaj is not that well constrained or something similar.
Plots
- In these plots below, I am holding the 2/3 sigma contours fixed (the contours given by the actual 2D chi2 probability distribution) but am changing the enclosed percentile of the posterior for the smallest contour level.
