Context
I had a few other plots to post which are not currently in the Overleaf, so those are presented here. I really am just trying to find a way to present the m_eff results in addition to the fiducial results and landed on a few ideas:
First, here's a plot showing a Z-score like quantity for each of the 150 posteriors. We could separate this into parameters/realizations, but at that point we basically have two vertical plots.
Plot
Here's a plot/concept I quite like and which is already somewhat handled in the text. In doing some reading, I have come across the term "coverage probability" for calibrating posteriors, which really answers the question "what fraction of posteriors contain the true value." In the past, we have done this at discrete confidence levels (1/2/3 sigma), but we could also do this for all percentiles as I did in the plot. Note that the uncertainty I am assigning is the standard deviation of the fractions across the ten jacknife realizations.
