Our team decided to use Jira to track the progress of the project and manage the tasks.

To decide on a project management tool, we considered Jira, asana and Today. We settled on Jira due to the below reasons:

1. The team's familiarity with the tool as several members of the team had previously worked with Jira
2. Jira is widely use in the industry, as such, familiarizing ourselves with the tool would be an advantage
3. The scrum and board are included in the free version
4. We would have the ability to switch to the paid version if we feel the need for further options
