##Main Board Integration 1 was the first trial of connecting our individual prototypes together and testing their interaction. The picture below shows our integration board. Note that each section is separated into "islands", connected by connectors to the MCU block.

##Daughter Boards aka "Light Engine" As mentioned in the [VisualHome visual section] of the wiki, we found that the EL wire solution was not ideal due to its low light output. We retired the EL driver block shown in the integration board photo above, and created the Light Engine Boards below. Due to size constraints, we were required to create daughter boards to drive our IR and Visual LED's.
