Free City of Mispí

A prominent city on the border between Elorna (Gimilthani) and northern Zimrathâni, Mispír declared itself an open city during the chaos of the breakdown after the death of Er-Imrazôr. In the aftermath of this, Mispír, being an advantageous location and on the borders of their realms, was declared a neutral and free city under the condominium of Gimilthâni and Alsarias. As a result of this status, it was also a common place for the Balan-lai to meet on neutral ground during times of contention. During the period of the short-lived Kingdom of Elorna (formed from the union of Gimilthâni and Alsarias), Mispír was annexed and made its capital. After the kingdom’s dissolution, the city was restored to its former status by decree.
