Princedom of Ûrulôni

The realm of the Balan-lai most like the old colonial order, Gimilthâni is centered on Ûrulôni. At the times of its heights, it has controlled the territory of the old colonial region of the same name. Ûrulôni is perhaps the oldest surviving settlement in the former Dominions, being built up in Emyn Elorno. It has the greatest percentage of pure Adunai descent, as the rocky heights had been little peopled when first settled by the Numenoreans, and since then, Ûrulôni has prided itself on the ancientness of its city and purity of its people. Off the coast is the isle of Tol Turgal, an island citadel that rumor says has never been taken by siege or storm.
